Information on customer's computers will be kept strictly confidential. This means that we will not take,
share, sell, trade, or lend information to anyone unless we are required to do so by law.
Our technicians will be more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have. A
$10 pick/delivery fee may apply to computers that we pick up and drop off.
1)Once diagnosed, we will tell you what the issue is with your PC and give you an estimated price for it. If
you want us to fix your computer, this fee will not apply. If you do not want us to fix your computer, this will
be the only fee that you will have to pay. 2) This is the fee of labor only. This does not include the costs of
the actual hardware. You will be responsible for providing your own hardware, or paying for the hardware
through us. 3) The $45 charge is for the first hour only. Every other hour will be $20. You will be responsible
for providing your own network equipment (ie, router, hub, ethernet cables, etc.), or paying for this
equipment through us. 4) Lite Data Back Up consists only of files and folders in your "My Documents"
folders. This option does not include Outlook Express/Outlook Emails, Saved Games, Program Files, etc. 5)
Full Data Back Up consists of a full back up of your system. This will include files and folders in your "My
Documents" folders, Outlook Express/Outlook Emails, Saved Games, Program Files, and any other files that
you would like backed up. 6) A $65 set up fee will be charged as well as the contracted amount. Contracted
payments can be done by the hour or by the job. Please contact us for more information. 7) The $25 charge
is for the first hour only. Every other hour will be $15. You will be responsible for providing your own network
equipment (audio/video equipment, other necessary audio/video accessories, etc.), or paying for this
